PRIMROSE Hospice is launching its Lights of Love campaign this month, and has already raised £8,000.
The campaign, which runs across much of north Worcestershire gives people the chance to remember lost loved ones over the Christmas period, by placing their name in a remembrance book around one of the trees in Bromsgrove or Rubery, so that family and friends can visit during what can be a difficult time of year.
In return people make donations to the hospice, helping to support it in its work.
Primrose Hospice supports patients living with life-limiting illnesses, and their families, and the hospice needs to raise more than £1.6 million each year, to keep its services free of charge for users
The Lights of Love campaign contributes a significant amount to that fundraising effort.
For more information on the remembrance books and services, visit primrosehospice.org/lights, or pop into one of the Primrose Hospice shop. Alternatively to make a donation to the campaign by credit or debit card call the fundraising office on 01524 889794.
