BROMSGROVE’S customer service centre will have a change of address as the district council prepares to move to a new building.
From Monday, December 14 customers can get help, advice and pay their bills at Parkside, in Market Street.
As part of the moves the customer service centre, currently in School Drive, will be closed on Friday, December 11.
But customers can still call advisors on 01527 881288 or self-serve via the website at bromsgrove.gov.uk.
The Parkside redevelopment scheme is transforming the former Parkside Middle School into a one-stop shop for council services, including the register office, Job Centre Plus base, council offices, a new chamber for the district council, the customer service centre, a community hall, and the new library.
