THE inquest into the death of a Bromsgrove woman Stacey Sollis concluded she died as a result of taking a mixture of cocaine and morphine, a court heard.
The 27-year-old body was discovered in a house in Knowle Close, Redditch by police on Sunday, December 13.
She had recently successfully completed a rehabilitation program but was found with drug paraphernalia.
Speaking previously, her grandmother Lynne Sollis, admitted that although Miss Sollis had a history of drug abuse and criminal convictions, "she had turned her life around."
