THE search for a star continues in the ever-popular Rubery’s Got Talent on Saturday, August 13.
There will be 22 singers, dancers, and musicians taking part in the event from midday at the Rubery Social Club on New Road.
Entrance is free for visitors to watch, as age groups for the under 12s, under 17s, and 17 and over perform their heart out to impress the judges in their 10-minute slot.
Winners and runners-up from each group will receive prizes, with the winner awarded a position on stage at the Rubery Festival in St Chads Park in September.
For more information call Rubery Festival chairman Tony Maslen on 07505174044 or 01214579308.
