A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of threats to kill after an incident in Rock Hill in Bromsgrove.
Last night, Wednesday, September 6, police were called to the area following reports a man wielding a hammer was seen smashing a door down on a property on Breakback Road.
Police confirmed they were called at around 10.20pm to reports of a theft on the road.
A spokesman said: "Officers attended the scene; two men were arrested in connection with the incident.
"A 21-year-old man from Bromsgrove was arrested on suspicion of theft, assault, affray and threats to kill. He remains in police custody.
"A 43-year-old man also from Bromsgrove was arrested on suspicion of theft and remains in police custody."
Anyone who witnessed the incident and has yet to come forward is being asked to get in touch with police on 101, quoting 877s of 6 September 2017.
The incident is just one of many to hit the troubled estate which has seen a rise in drug-dealing, prostitution, fly-tipping, and regular police raids.
