BROMSGROVE residents are being asked for their take on the weekend’s expanded programme of Christmas events in Bromsgrove town centre.

Bromsgrove District Council is gathering views on 2018’s bumper Christmas Lights switch-on day programme by partners across the town, which featured a Christmas market, lights switch on, street party and more.

The idea is to keep on making the improvements people want to see.

Huw Moseley, arts development officer, said: “It was a really action packed schedule this weekend, that provided something for everyone in Bromsgrove all day and into the evening too.

"You had the Friends of St John’s doing the market, Primrose Hospice with the tree of lights, and the Indie Club of Worcester Road businesses with their after party, not to mention our big Christmas Lights switch on of course.

"The question is what did the residents and traders of Bromsgrove think about it all? We’d love to know so we can keep on developing ideas.”

People can complete a short survey at bromsgrove.gov.uk/christmas to have their say.

The survey closes for responses at 9.30am on Monday, December 3.
