AN exciting new way for parents to talk to their children is coming to Bromsgrove in January.

Sing and Sign encourages parents to understand their child’s needs, thoughts and ideas through hand gestures and sign language.

And it will be coming to Sunnyfields Children's Centre at Charford First School.

Natalie Watts, Sing and Sign Bromsgrove franchise holder, said she can't wait for the opportunity to share the gift of signing with new families

“I am keen for as many families as possible to experience its amazing impact,” she said.

“I attended Sing and Sign classes with my own children, hence learning the incredible effect it can have. It is now an integral part of our family life.”

Sing and Sign teaches children up to 100 signs using props, pictures, puppets and musical instruments.

Mrs Watts added: “At Sing and Sign classes we always say the word as we sign it, which offers babies a far greater key language input from the adults around them appropriate to their age group and with a high standard of educational content.

“This is a relaxing, enjoyable and un-pressured way for you and your baby to learn. You will be amazed what your baby can tell you, long before they can talk.”

Classes are also available in Kidderminster, Stourport-on-Severn and Hagley.
