THIEVES have stolen more than than 200 stones from the wall outside Woodcote Manor on the Kidderminster Road in Dodford.
They also targeted a similar wall on Greenhill Farm at the same time, between 9am and noon last Friday.
A police spokesman said that there are people targetting lead and vintage masonry and appealed for residents to keep their eyes open.
"Please be aware thieves have stolen coping stones from Victorian walls in Dodford. If you're offered such items, please call us," they said.
"These idiots just destroyed a little bit of Bromsgrove heritage.
"When they do this, they're stealing from us all... our history and heritage, ruined for our future generations."
Anyone with any information is being urged to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
