RESIDENTS are being reminded about the deadline for making changes to their details if they are claiming benefits.

As the council prepares to run its end of year processing, all computer systems will be unavailable for any changes to be made to customers’ details.

Any residents receiving Housing Benefit or Council Tax Support, must let the team know any changes before February 28 as no further changes can be made until after March 4.

A spokesman said this is a process the council goes through each year and it wants to make sure all information is correct.
