AVONCROFT Museum is calling on history lovers with a flair for fun to bring the past to life.
There are a number of perks to joining the museum team, including free admission, free tea and coffee, discounts in the tea room and onsite shop, and half price room hire for weddings and events.
The museum currently enjoys the support of around 150 volunteers who give their time to support the important work it does.
There are a number of positions currently requiring additional support, including costumed interpreters, blacksmithing and nail making demonstrator, and gardeners.
A spokesman said: "All positions involve engaging with visitors about the history of the Midlands in order to give them an enjoyable day out, carrying out typical tasks appropriate to the building, i.e. cooking or woodcutting, working as part of the wider museum team and ensuring the buildings and their contents remain safe and secure."
