KIDDERMINSTER Carolians continued their preparations for the new season with a warm-up win against Bridgnorth at Marlpool Lane.

The game was played over four, 20 minute periods and the KC squad, despite missing a number of key forwards, outscored the visitors by seven tries to five to bag a 41-29 success.

Try scorers were Rhys Pritchard, Dave Kane (2_, Ryan Tiene, Tom Dalton, Alex Royal and Alex Thompson.

The season starts this Saturday as the KCs welcome Stoke to start life in Midlands One West (3pm kick-off).
