WITNESSES are being sought following a public order incident.
The incident happened on Wednesday, September 4 at about 6.25pm at the temporary traffic lights on St Asaph Avenue, Kinmel Bay.
Two vehicles were involved - a white Ford Transit Van and a dark blue Vauxhall Insignia Estate.
