YOUNGSTERS from Old Halesonians enjoyed a tour of Twickenham and a training session on the famous turf.
The club's under-8s were invited to the home of England rugby last Sunday as part of Persil's 'Dirt is Good' campaign.
The day started with a team talk in the home changing room by world cup winner Will Greenwood before the team got the chance to run out onto the pitch.
They completed a 45 minute training session where their coaches made sure each of them got the chance to score a try and kick a conversion.
At the end of the training session the whole team lined up and sang the national anthem along with the England team, who were on the big screens live from Japan.
The team were then invited to enjoy a barbecue while watching England’s solid performance beating Tonga 35-3.
