POETRY, music and ballet will grace the Artrix's boards in October as two critically-acclaimed shows come to Bromsgrove's biggest arts venue.

On Friday, October 4, Luke Daniels headlines the Artrix with numbers from his latest album Old Friends and Exhausted Enemies.

Daniels is a skilled composer and songwriter who comes from a background of folk and traditional music.

He has worked for two decades as an instrumental musician with solo performances at London Jazz Festival, with The London Philharmonic Orchestra and as a member of the Riverdance Band.

Nine days later, classical ballet takes centre stage when the Vienna Festival Ballet Company returns to the Artrix with their production of Snow White on Sunday, October 13 at 2pm and 5pm.

Snow White’s journey through a magical world of hip-hopping dwarves, an enchanted mirror, and a poisoned apple, in pursuit of her Prince Charming will dazzle the whole family.
