Unlike most competitions, there is no limit to the amount of people who can win each grade of award as well as an audience choice award.

On Saturday, January 25 from 2pm, in a first for the festival, jester Erwyd and wizard Gatling will return to their annual Magical matinee but with a new, family friendly show.

Packed full of comedy, audience participation, juggling and some magic, this show opens up cabaret for people of all ages.

As magic takes over the theatre, the NWBCF will also be hosting a steampunk and artisan market on Station Road and at Station Court - above Porters Coffee Shop - between 10am and 5pm. There will also be workshops and activities at the same location, including some sessions and activities are suitable for children.
