A SUSPECTED drug dealer has been arrested in the city centre after neighbourhood policing officers stopped the man while on patrol.
The 25-year-old was spotted by officers in Market Lane, Winchester, yesterday (Thursday) and was found to be in possession of class A drugs with intent to supply.

The man, from Winchester, was arrested and was taken into custody.
A police spokesperson said he has been released under investigation and enquiries continue.
