A HOMELESS shoplifter has been fined for theft.
James Ryan Steele, 29, whose address was given in court as the Trinity Centre, pleaded guilty to stealing three fragrances from Boots on October 15, various items from the same store on October 26 and cleaning products from Tesco on January 24.
Basingstoke Magistrates Court fined Steele £40 with a £32 victim surcharge and £50 compensation to Tesco.
