WANTED: Michael Tutt
OFFICERS are searching for a wanted man with a tattoo of a woman's name on his neck.
Michael Tutt failed to appear at court in connection with a fraud and common assault and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
The 36 year old is described as white, of medium build and around 5ft 10in tall with a large tattoo on his neck.
He is believed to have links to Bromsgrove, Walsall and Hampshire.
Anyone who has seen Tutt is asked to call West Mercia Police on 101.
