Following another rain fuelled week, there were once again games postponed.

However, with the use of Redditch United's all weather pitch, we saw a Walls & Ceilings Division 1 fixture played on Friday night and the Semi-Final of the Studley cup played on Sunday Morning.

On Friday night, Redditch United Cross hosted last years league winners CBH Fasteners.

CBH took the lead early on in the first half with a headed goal from Chris Parish but Redditch United Cross hit back with two goals to take the lead.

CBH pushed on for an equaliser and eventually broke the back line of Redditch Cross before the half time whistle. In the second half, there were 4 goals scored - all from CBH. James Morrall, aka super sub, scored himself a brace with Mark Harrison and Callum Davies also adding the tally, with the game ending up 2-6 in the favour of CBH.

Sunday morning saw Redditch United Cross in action again this weekend as they took on VKL United in the semi-final of the Studley Cup.

The Red's dominated the first half and went in at half time 3-1 up only for VKL to fight back in the second half with three goals of their own to end the 90 minutes as 4-4. With no extra time, the fixture went straight to penalties with VKL winning 3-4 to progress to the final.

Redditch Borough United were also in action this week, taking on Bromsgrove Corinthians in the quarter-final of the WFA Sunday Premier Cup. Redditch Borough won 2-4, thanks to a hat-trick from Will Skelton.

Unfortunately, all other games were postponed.
