WORCESTER Rugby Club girls' under 15s reached the Midlands final with a 38-15 win at Mansfield in the last four.
Charley Campbell scored two tries as Worcester led 21-10 at half-time with Rosie Bennetts also diving over.
Millie Hyett kicked all three conversions.
Mansfield hit back with two tries on a sunny, breezy day but could not add the extras.
Worcester had to start off on the defensive in the second period and were eventually breached by a third unconverted effort.
But then Ellie Lane broke away to score in the corner with the conversion attempt drifting just wide.
Campbell crossed for her hat-trick try late on and then was fed by Tilly Dowler from a ruck to dot down under the posts with Hyett converting.
Worcester face Peterborough in the final on Sunday at Leicester Forest.
The under 18s were knocked out of the Midlands quarter-finals by a well-organised Barkers Butts team.
