Number of coronavirus deaths in Wirral reaches 31
NHS England has confirmed a further 758 people who tested positive for Coronavirus have died, bringing the total number of deaths in hospitals across the country to 5,655 - including 31 in Wirral
There have been no more recorded deaths from the virus in the borough since April 3.
Patients were aged between 23 and 102 years old. NHS England confirmed that 29 of the 758 patients (aged between 23 and 99 years old) had no known underlying health condition.
