A TESCO in Worcester has seen empty shelves in the toilet roll aisle.
This photo was taken last night in Tesco, St Peter's.
Back in March panic buying due to coronavirus left supermarkets up and down the country with a shortage of toilet roll.
Shoppers began to stockpile items due to the spread of the virus, despite authorities insisting it would not be necessary to do so.
Sales of toilet tissue rose by 60% year-on-year for the week ending March 8 2020, while dry pasta sales were up 55% and baked beans by 48%, according to Kantar.
It followed a surge in demand for hand sanitisers which at one point were being limited to two per person in many shops.
If you have seen any empty shelves please send us your photos.
