A SHOW apartment has now opened at Stourbridge's former police station which has been turned into new homes.
The former Stourbridge Police Station has been transformed by Lovell Homes into 31 one and two-bedroom apartments, with some unique mezzanine and penthouse apartments within the scheme.
Interested potential buyers can now book a VIP appointment for a private tour of the new show apartment which has opened at the development, known as Station House.
The show apartment is a two-bedroom property, decorated in shades in keeping with the building's police base history.
No two plots on the site are the same, the developers say, and the new homes include many of the original features from the 1900s building including the external blue doors and the ceiling of the old courtroom.
One-bedroom apartments start from £130,000 and two-bedroom apartments are priced from £171,500.
Station House is open via appointment only, Thursday to Monday 10am to 5pm, opening at 11am on Mondays.
For information or to book a VIP appointment, visit lovell.co.uk/developments/station-house/ or call the sales team on 01384 500482.
The apartments can also be explored virtually online.
