AROUND £800 has been raised in memory of one of the men shot dead in a car on a Brierley Hill industrial estate.

William Henry, aged 31, and Brian McIntosh, aged 29, both from Bartley Green, Birmingham, were found with fatal gunshot wounds in a Range Rover at the Albion Works industrial estate off Moor Street on the afternoon of September 30.

Jonathan Houseman, aged 32, from Stourbridge, is accused of murdering the pair and faces a crown court trial next June.

Meanwhile, a Go Fund Me page has been launched to raise £2,000 for the family of victim William Henry and to date around £800 has been raised.

The online donation page, set up by Simeon Daniel, says: "Will was happy, full of life and had been working hard on his dreams, setting up his future with his girlfriend Dennie, his step son Jy, and their unborn child due to be born in a few months time.

"Will was a caring, loving person; always put his family and friends before himself. Nobody had a bad word to say about him."

Mr Henry, reportedly the brother of West End star Matt Henry, was described as "always positive, smiling and cheerful" and the page says proceeds will go towards supporting his family - adding that he "will be missed forever".

Double murder accused Jonathan Houseman, who has been remanded in custody, is next due before the crown court on Friday November 6.

Inquests into the deaths of Mr McIntosh and Mr Henry were opened at the Black Country Coroner's Court at Oldbury today (Tuesday) and adjourned pending the police investigation.

Mr Henry, whose full name was William Pierre Henry St Martin, died from a gun shot wound to the head, the court was told, and Mr Mcintosh died from multiple gunshot wounds to the face and neck.
