AN office building in Bromsgrove is expected to fetch more than £500,000 at auction on Wednesday.

Strand House, a Grade II listed office investment property, is one of a number of commercial lots in Bond Wolfe Auctions’ sale tomorrow (Wednesday, October 28).

The freehold town centre detached offices are currently occupied by law firm Thomas Horton LLP, a long term established tenant currently paying £42,000 rent per annum.

Strand House extends over three floors and has a substantial car park to the rear. It will go under the hammer with a guide price of £495,000+.

Ian Tudor, managing director of Bond Wolfe Auctions, said: “Strand House occupies a prime town centre position.

"It is positioned at the top of the High Street with supermarkets and all town amenities close by."

Strand House, at 68-70 The Strand, will be let on a renewed lease which expires in August 2025.

Bond Wolfe Auctions will offer a total of 212 lots at its auction on Wednesday 28 October, livestreamed via the website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone and internet only.
