A woman was rescued from flood water in Hollywood by Redditch and Bromsgrove fire crews
A WOMAN was rescued from flood water by Bromsgrove and Redditch firefighters after she got trapped in her car.
She was rescued from flood water on Houndsfield Lane Ford in Hollywood at 9.26am
A paramedic officer was sent to the scene by West Midlands Ambulance Service.
The woman was later assessed for injuries and discharged at the scene.
Weather warnings remain in place for Worcestershire, with Storm Christoph set to bring rain and high winds to the county in the coming days.
Though Tuesday was a mostly dry day, today is set to see heavy rain across Worcestershire with flooding a possibility.
The weather forecast for today is for heavy rain from 6am until 10pm, followed by lighter rain thereafter.
