The Bluemont Hotel, located on the A38 Worcester Road, is being marketed by Bond Wolfe Commercial for offers over £600,000.

The established hotel, which has 27 en-suite guest bedrooms, is currently run by a full-time manager and part-time cleaning staff, and reported a £152,586 turnover for the year ending March 2020.

Property agents say Bluemont is already attracting keen interest from potential buyers.
