BROMSGROVE Central has seen a rise in positive Covid-19 cases as the overall infection rate for the district continues to fall.

According to the latest Public Health England data, Bromsgrove's infection rate was 180.2 per 100,000 people in the week up to February 5 - with 180 cases recorded.

In the previous week leading up to January 29, the infection rate was 248.3 per 100,000 people – with 248 cases recorded.
