Its less than two weeks until pubs and restaurants can finally reopen their doors (well, their beer garden gates) to offer outdoor drinks and dining.
The long-awaited date of April 12 will soon be among us, so here are five pubs and restaurants that are set to reopen in Bromsgrove.
The Nailers Arms, Doctors Hill, Bromsgrove
The family run "Contemporary Carvery & Grill" are to re-open and trade outside from their front bar terrace with reduced hours. Every Friday and Saturday evening they plan to have a BBQ from 6pm until 9pm.
During lockdown, the grill has been offering ‘ring a roast’ Sunday carveries for people to collect.
The Queens Head, Sugarbrook Lane, Bromsgrove
The Queens Head will be opening their pub garden for drinks and dining. Their covered patio area will be for dining only and have an online booking system in place.
The team have been busy working on a new menu for their reopening.
New Inn Bournheath, Doctors Hill, Bromsgrove
On April 12 the pub we will be opening their front terrace with a smaller outdoor menu. Their revamped front patio and all areas will be on a first come first served basis.
The New Inn will also be offering afternoon tea in one of their new dining pods.
The Cross Inn At Finstall, Alcester Road, Bromsgrove
The country pub will be reopening on April 12 and say they “have a few little surprises in store”.
The Hop Pole Inn, Birmingham Road, Bromsgrove
The pub is known for its music nights and these will be brought back every Saturday 3-6pm in their garden on a first come first served basis.
They will also have a marquee outside.
Are you reopening or do you know a pub that is?
