Healthwatch Worcestershire is the independent champion for those who use local health and social care services.

The group aims to listen to people’s views and experiences and use the feedback to improve the quality of services.

They want to hear from as many people as possible to help them identify issues and concerns, decide what to focus on and tell those who run the services how they can improve.

Healthwatch Worcestershire also helps people find out about local health and social care services and signpost to other services and support available.

A spokesman for the group said: "We have been finding out about your experiences during the Covid-19 pandemic, at a time when health and care services have faced huge challenges and changes.

"This has included talking to people about being discharged from hospital, gathering feedback about access to GP practices and dentists and asking people, in particular young people, about the impact of Covid-19 on their mental health.

"We currently want to understand more about the concerns people may have about having a Covid-19 vaccination and where they are looking for information about it.

"If you have any concerns about having a Covid-19 vaccination, please visit our website or contact us to take part in our short survey.

"You can report any experience of health and social care services anonymously via the Tell Us page of our website or contact us by phone or email."
