A KNIFE-WIELDING teen and youths aged just 14 accused of a group attack are some of the cases being heard in Worcester today.

The youth court is sitting at Worcester Magistrates Court today. Although we cannot identify youths in court proceedings, we can provide some details about the cases listed today. One involves a 16-year-old boy accused of possessing a knife and cannabis in Bromsgrove on October 21 last year.

Other cases include a 17-year-old Evesham defendant due up for assault by beating on October 19 last year; a 16-year-old Worcester youth up for assault by beating on January 21 this year; a 16-year-old Worcester youth scheduled to appear for assault occasioning actual bodily harm on June 7 last year.

Meanwhile, a 16-year-old from Birmingham is set to appear for an aggravated burglary in Kidderminster on December 1 last year. Two 14-year-old girls and a 16-year-old girl are due in court for ABH in Evesham on July 7 last year.

The adult business involves motoring cases from Evesham, Bromsgrove, Redditch and Hereford including speeding, careless driving and failure to give information regarding the identification of a driver suspected of an offence.

At Worcester Crown Court Adam Knight, 25, of HMP Gartree is listed for plea and Lance Norris, 32, of Park Lane, Halesowen is listed for sentence.
