A 21-YEAR-OLD woman was allegedly assaulted in Bromsgrove in the early hours of the morning on July 25.
The incident happened outside Altered Images Gym on Worcester Road.
Police have confirmed the woman suffered leg and facial injuries but did not require hospital treatment.
The victim's cousin has taken to Facebook to appeal for witness of the alleged attack.
The cousin said: "Appealing for any witnesses that saw the assault outside altered images last night where a male kicked my cousin in her jaw and knocked her out.
"Just wondering if anyone witnessed the actual assault rather than the aftermath."
The cousin then thanked two men and a girl who stopped to check on the 21-year-old after the assault.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Police have received a report from a 21 year old female alleging that at around 3.00am on Sunday 25 July she was assaulted in the area of Worcester Road, Bromsgrove suffering leg and facial injuries not requiring hospital treatment.
"Enquiries are underway to identify a suspect."
