The average house price in the county is a reasonable £202,000 but there are many properties that go far beyond this figure.

Using data from Zoopla, we can reveal the five most expensive streets in the county and how much you could expect to pay for a property.

5. Crowle, Worcester, WR7

Starting off this list is Crowle, where the average house price is £1,201,300.

The last sale, according to Zoopla, was in September 2020 when an eight-bedroom house sold for £1,675,000!

 

 

4. Springfield Lane, Broadway, WR12

 

Next up is the first of a few streets in Broadway.

 

Springfield Lane has an average house price of £1,232,662.

 

In February of this year a property on this street sold for £965,000.

 

 

3. New Wood Lane, Kidderminster, DY10

 

The only entry without a Worcester postcode on this list, the average house price on New Wood Lane is £1,238,431.

 

According to Zoopla there has been no sales since January 2018, when two properties sold for £1,850,000 and £1,195,000 each.

There is quite a jump up in price to the top spot, the average house price of Church Street is £1,956,455.

 

All the streets on this list had a price change of at least 9% with Church Street increasing by 9.13%, equal to £163,661.
