A NEW housing development of over 200 homes in Stoke Prior has sold out.
Worcestershire homebuilder Barratt Homes has announced that its Henbrook Gardens development in Stoke Prior has been snapped up by homebuyers.
The development on Westonhall Road features 202 homes.
The homebuilder has contributed £431,079 towards education, bus stop improvements and bicycle parking as well as providing public open space on site.
