A Bromsgrove man was ordered to pay a hefty fen for dropping a cigarette on the floor.
A MAN from Bromsgrove must pay more than £300 after dropping a cigarette on the floor.
Patrick Walsh of Birmingham Road dropped the litter in St Martins Queensway, Birmingham on May 27, 2021.
The 59-year-old was fined £220 by magistrates and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a victim surcharge of £34.
The case was dealt with at Birmingham Magistrates Court on Tuesday, January 11.
