A BROMSGROVE business park, which was the original home to Gymshark, is expanding.

A total of 19 new individual steel industrial units totalling 61,550 square feet will be constructed for business, logistics and manufacturing occupiers.
The development follows the lettings success of the first 13 units, which were the foundation for clothing giants Gymshark and Lounge Underwear.
Josh Downes, group senior development manager of Langtree said: “With our first phase we created and managed a secure environment in which ambitious businesses could thrive and that’s very much our intention with our new units."
The £6.5m development will be constructed by midlands contractor McPhillips, with work scheduled to take 12 months.
Available from Spiring 2023, the largest unit will be 7,000 square feet, with smaller units starting from 1,000 square feet.
