I COMPLETELY understand the frustration involved in the fact that we have to pay to park at a hospital.
I have experienced great loss in hospital such as the passing away of my grandparents.

It’s difficult enough to deal with that kind of emotion without having to make sure you have enough coinage for overinflated charges of the car park.
Can I remind you that in Wales, hospital parking is free. Why are we assumed to have to pay by our local council and government?
