A MAN must pay more than £300 after being caught using his mobile phone on the M42 near Bromsgrove.
Carlitos Radu of Chalvey Road East, Slough was fined £220 after driving an Audi between J1 and J2 of the M42 while using a mobile phone on October 22 last year.
The 23-year-old must also pay £90 in costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
His driving record has been endorsed with six points.
The case was heard at Hereford Justice Centre.
