A FORMER special school has been blighted with crime over the last week, with a suspected burglary and a vehicle fire.
Five people have been arrested after a burglary at the former Hunters Hill College in Blackwell on Wednesday, June 29 at around 7:15 pm.
They have since been released under investigation; West Mercia Police has confirmed.
The following day, on Thursday, June 30, at around 8:30 pm police were called by the fire service to a vehicle fire.
A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire Service said two crews from Bromsgrove Fire Station attended the vehicle fire.
The spokesperson added: “A car was found to be well alight, and the fire was extinguished by one firefighter wearing breathing apparatus and using one hose reel jet.”
West Mercia Police say their investigations into the vehicle fire are ongoing.
