A BODY has been found in the search for a missing man from Northfield.
Officers searching for a 64-year-old man reported missing from Northfield on Saturday, July 16 have found a body.
West Midlands Police have found a body in woodland near the man’s home address.
Birmingham Police posted on their Facebook page: “Nothing could be done to save him and he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
“There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and the case will be passed to the coroner.
“Our thoughts are with the man’s family at this awful time.”
