A MAN must pay nearly £400 after using a mobile phone behind the wheel whilst driving in Bromsgrove.
Brett Billingham of Coombs Wood, Mews drove a vehicle on Stourbridge Road, Bromsgrove on September 6 last year while using a mobile telephone.
The 33-year-old has been fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and £300 in costs.
His driving record has been endorsed with three points.
The case was heard at Worcester Magistrates Court on July 13.
