BROMSGROVE based Mark Graham has been selected to attend the trip of a lifetime next year when he takes part in the World Scout Jamboree which is being staged in South Korea.
Mark, who is 53, will be one of 950 adult volunteers who have been chosen to represent the UK as part of the international service team.
Mark and his team will be helping around 50,000 young people who are expected to attend the event which offers skills, cultural and adventure, while thinking about global issues in a new light.
It’s not the first time that Mark has attended such an event as he was a unit leader for the previous World Scout Jamboree back in 2019.
Mark claimed: “I’m looking forward to experiencing Korean culture and I’m even putting the effort in to learn some of the language before I go, so I can get more out of the event
