A MAN has been fined after crashing into a row of cars earlier this year.
On New Year’s Day, Dylan Wassell of Blossom Grove, Cradley Heath drove round a bend at speed on Bromsgrove Road in Clent and failed to see a row of parked cars on the nearside.
He then collided with the rear of a Volvo before spinning out across the opposite carriageway.
The 18-year-old then abandoned his car, failing to stop at the scene of the crash.
Wassell, who admitted the charges, was fined £200 and ordered to pay £90 in costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
His driving record was endorsed with seven points.
