A BROMSGROVE student is celebrating after achieving top marks in his university studies to earn a £1,000 Academic Scholarship Award.
Christian Hudson, from Aston Fields, is in the final year of a BA (Hons) in Illustration at the University of Worcester.
The 20-year-old is among a select group of students to achieve an Academic Scholarship Award from the University this year, given to students who achieve the highest grades in their studies.
The former South Bromsgrove High School pupil said: “It’s so nice to be recognised for our work and it will be so helpful for when I leave university and decide what I’d like to do in the future.”
Dr Tim Jones, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Students), at the University, said: “We are very proud of all our students who earned an Academic Scholarship or prize this year.
“These students achieved highly in their studies and their dedication and commitment shines through.”
