A PUPPY has been rescued by firefighters from a property in Tardebigge which was filled with carbon monoxide.
Hereford and Worcester Fire Service were called just before 2pm on Tuesday, February 21 to a report of hazardous materials n Stoney Lane.
Four people were treated by paramedics at the scene.

A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire Service said: “Crews from Bromsgrove, Redditch and Droitwich Fire Stations attended along with the Environmental Protection Unit from Tenbury.

“They used two breathing apparatus units and a gas monitor in a property, discovering harmful levels of carbon monoxide.

“The crews allowed natural ventilation to take place and efforts were made to make the scene safe.
“All people were accounted for, and one dog was rescued.”
The fire service is urging residents to get a carbon monoxide alarm fitted in their households as the poisonous gas kills quickly with no warning.
