A BUSY road in Droitwich has closed for a week for highway repairs and maintenance work.
Ombersley Way has closed between the Briar Mill junction and Ledwych Road Roundabout.
According to the AA, there is minor traffic build-up around the roundabout and the Briar Mill junction.
Droitwich Spa Leisure Centre, in Briar Mill, has warned gym goers about the closures.
"Please be aware that Ombersley Way is closed today due to roadworks," it said.
"You can still access the centre using Westwood Way or Westwood Road."
Worcestershire County Council is carrying out the roadworks and said it will be completed on August 23 at 4.35pm.
