POLICE have appealed for information after a jewellery box was stolen from a home in Bromsgrove.
The incident happened on Mortimer Way between around 8pm and 10pm on Saturday September 16.
Bromsgrove north and rural PCSO Simon Cadwallader highlighted the burglary in a neighbourhood alert and said: “We are appealing to the community for information following a burglary at a home on Mortimer Way, Norton Farm, Bromsgrove.
“It’s believed the offender or offenders entered through an insecure window at the back of the property.
“A jewellery box was stolen from the address.”
He said a man was seen on a pushbike, wearing dark coloured tracksuit bottoms and a hoodie with a face covering, at around 8.10pm near the address.
Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact police online, quoting incident number 494_I_16092023.
