There's less than one month left for residents to apply for a share of the Safer Roads Fund.
Focusing on curbing harm on West Mercia's roads, the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) John Campion has launched the second round of his Safer Roads Fund and made £250,000 available to the public.
No allocations were made in the first round, so the PCC is encouraging more communities and local partners to apply for the funding.
The money aims at making communities safer and can be used in a range of ways including for the installation of road signs.
A spokesperson from the office of the PCC for West Mercia said: "The PCC is encouraging you to apply for a share of the funding to make your communities safer.
"Any ideas are welcome and allocations will be made within weeks of the deadline next month."
The deadline to apply is Friday, February 2.
