ASTON Fields Car Park is to be resurfaced as part of the ongoing works to improve facilities in Bromsgrove.
Starting on August 19, workers at civil engineering firm Kelbec will be on site resurfacing the car park for a minimum of a week.
The car park will be completely closed, this will mean that the electric vehicle charges will also be inaccessible.
The old surface will be planed off before the new surface is put down.
Residents are warned to remove their cars from the car park in good time before the works start to avoid issues with access or delays to the work.
Bromsgrove District Council's cabinet member for economic development and regeneration, councillor Sue Baxter, said: “The ongoing improvements to parking facilities in the area are welcomed.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused due to the work taking place and remind residents to remove their cars in good time.”
