Officers from Bromsgrove are urging the community to help them make roads safer in the area.
Bromsgrove SNT has asked residents to report dangerous driving, carelessly overtaking on solid white lines, using a mobile phone whilst driving, ignoring traffic lights or dangerous driving around other road users including horse riders and cyclists.
The move is part of Operation Snap with officers inviting residents to send in their footage of unsafe driving captured on a dashcam, helmet cam or any other device.
The footage can be submitted directly to West Mercia Police by visiting https://orlo.uk/tU4dk
On the website, residents can submit their evidence by filling in the details of the incident and uploading the video.
Police will then handle the rest and take action against the driver where appropriate.
A spokesperson for Bromsgrove SNT said: "Ensure that your footage captures clear evidence of the offence and includes the vehicle's registration. Operation Snap is not for emergencies. For any immediate danger please call 999.
"General parking complaints, other than illegal parking on zig-zags, should be raised with the relevant local authority. Notification of untaxed vehicles can be reported directly to DVLA. Reports of no MOT or no insurance should be logged to 101 and not via the Op Snap portal.
"Help us make our roads safer by using Operation Snap to report dangerous driving behaviour. Your contribution can make a real difference."
